Overview

Short-term requirement for an experienced contractor with expertise in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) Contact Center integration and API integrations to support an ongoing implementation.

• Engagement Duration: Approximately 100–120 hours (maximum)
• Timeline: Expected completion within 4–5 weeks
• Start Date: Early July preferred
• Work Hours: Preference for availability during CST/MST business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP C4C Contact Center integration initiatives
• Contribute to API integration design and implementation
• Assist in delivering integration solutions as part of an ongoing deployment

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) Contact Center integration experience
• Hands-on experience working with APIs
• Strong understanding of integration design and implementation
