Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to partner with the Program Manager in designing and delivering self‑paced, skill‑based eLearning courses. This role involves conducting needs assessments, defining learning objectives, and creating interactive digital training programs that drive measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis: Conduct job/task assessments to define objectives and training solutions.
- Curriculum Development: Establish program goals, module objectives, and long‑term learning plans.
- Instructional Design: Apply adult learning theory across modalities (self‑paced, instructor‑led, virtual, blended).
- Collaboration: Partner with SMEs, trainers, and eLearning specialists to build complex curricula.
- Evaluation: Design assessments and measurement tools to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Continuous Improvement: Review feedback and recommend enhancements to training effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years in instructional design.
- Proven experience designing training across multiple delivery modalities.
- Strong project management skills (Wrike experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
