Our client is currently seeking a SVP OF IT


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• A growing consumer products manufacturing company located in the Northeast is currently searching for a senior VP of IT. To be considered, you must have a four year technical degree along with 10-15 years of IT experience in CONSUMER PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING. This role will lead enterprise-wide IT strategy and execution, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of modernizing legacy systems, leading AI transformation, and building scalable IT capabilities aligned with business growth and private equity value creation. To be considered, you must have ERP transformation experience leading a company from a homegrown system to a modernized platform and transition ERP system from on-premise to cloud. You will also be responsible for establishing enterprise cybersecurity framework and governance and lead a team of approximately 15-20 employees. You will also manage third-party vendors (QAD, infrastructure, security) and drive cost efficiency and ROI on IT investments. You should have a strong technical foundation (architecture, Microsoft ecosystem preferred) and lean experience is preferred along with private equity/high growth transformation experience. Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4 year degree required
• 10-15 years IT Experience required in consumer products manufacturing
• Management experience over teams of 10+
• ERP Transformation Experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience and PE experience preferred
