Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Big Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products that support enterprise analytics and decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in data engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in modern cloud-based data environments.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in data engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in modern cloud-based data environments.
Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience
- Advanced SQL and Python expertise
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and transformations
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses
- Experience with data transformation and modeling tools in production environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or software engineering
- Experience developing ETL/ELT processes and analytics-ready datasets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
