Title: Project Manager

Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the development of key project deliverables such as project charters, Statements of Work, business vision documents, communication plans, and status reports
• Manage project/program scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed enterprise environment
• Drive timely and cost-effective delivery of project milestones using assigned resources
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financials including cost-benefit analysis and capital planning
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and challenges; escalate when required and ensure timely closure
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, using clear and concise presentations and updates
• Support multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining high levels of organization and prioritization
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across organizational boundaries

Must Have / Required:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed enterprise environment
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in across teams
