Title: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Define project strategies, align resources, and drive execution for large-scale healthcare IT implementations
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and transition to maintenance/operations (M&O)
• Proactively identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain project deliverables including documentation, workflows, and reporting artifacts
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including client leadership
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple project teams
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and long-term value
• Oversee system integration efforts across related programs and initiatives
• Conduct feasibility assessments, needs analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations
• Track and manage project financials to ensure adherence to budget
• Provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders
• Resolve project challenges in collaboration with client teams and internal leadership

Must Have / Required:

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 2+ years of direct client-facing experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 2+ years of experience managing projects within a State Medicaid agency or large healthcare organization
• Experience managing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects, including data migration efforts
• Strong experience transitioning projects from Development/Implementation (DDI) to Maintenance & Operations (M&O)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification (mandatory)
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio)
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with Hawai'i Standard Time
