The Engagement Growth Marketing team operates at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and data science. Our work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship with our core community.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Manage channels across email, push, onsite, and in-app notifications.

  • Focus on driving activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation of our users.

  • Own end-to-end execution, from crafting strategy and capturing business requirements to planning, delivery, and KPI evaluation.

  • Act as a thought partner to functional leads across Product, Data Science, Business Ops, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams.

  • Identify, build, and implement lifecycle strategies that drive incremental value.

  • Drive a testing and learning agenda, from executing ad-hoc campaigns to scaling successful strategies through automation.

  • Own project management and cross-functional campaign development workflows.

  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including data, segmentation, targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced company.

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related growth functions.

  • Hands-on experience in incentive programs, loyalty mechanics, or membership marketing.

  • Deep expertise across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

  • Solid track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale, complex, high-volume B2C email campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product management experience is a big plus.

  • Experience with top-tier ESPs.

  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy and marketing tech stacks.
