Role Overview
The Creative Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a wide range of creative projects, partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies. This role manages day‑to‑day workflow, ensures brand consistency, and drives projects from initiation through delivery. The position requires strong communication, diplomacy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Project & Workflow Management
- Act as the main liaison for internal and external creative partners.
- Manage daily activities of internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and maintain workflow using Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, or comparable tools (e.g., Asana).
- Establish project timelines, manage schedules, and ensure milestones are met.
- Identify resource gaps, timeline risks, and escalate issues proactively.
2. Brand & Creative Alignment
- Guide and influence creative work to ensure brand consistency and alignment with client expectations.
- Serve as a brand advocate across all creative deliverables.
- Balance client needs with brand integrity and creative standards.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with internal teams, designers, production teams, and digital creatives.
- Maintain clear, diplomatic, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with alternative project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or similar
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Industry Experience
- Experience working with creative teams (graphic designers, production designers, digital designers)
- Hospitality or travel industry experience preferred
