About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves managing inventory, moving materials, and ensuring the right items are available for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and issue materials to the production team as per work orders (ensure correct part and lot numbers).
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular updates and cycle counting.
- Label, move, store, pick, and organize materials/products.
- Keep the warehouse clean and well-organized.
- Support shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and moving incoming/outgoing goods.
- Assist with resolving issues related to material picking and work orders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience (preferably in a regulated industry like medical device or aerospace).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
