Business Systems Consultant – Contingent Role

About the Role
In this contingent position, you will serve as a subject matter expert delivering high-impact business and technical solutions across complex technology environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, solve ambiguous challenges, and drive scalable, long-term outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business systems strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges.
- Analyze and evaluate multi-dimensional problems, developing innovative and scalable approaches.
- Influence strategy and execution across Technology Business Systems Consulting initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Drive long-term, large-scale solutions requiring creativity, vision, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Engage effectively with client personnel to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Data, Business Systems Design, or related fields.
- Experience may be demonstrated through professional work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Loan IQ and Product Business Analysis (BA).
- Proficiency in SQL and strong techno-functional capabilities.
- Experience with system integrations and enterprise technology environments.
