The Judge Group is seeking an Part 145 - Defense Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience with Selling to Part-145 MRO services to Government, Military organizations. This a REMOTE position with approximately 40% travel to trade shows and customer visits. Proximity to Florida and a major airport is a must.

EXPERIENCE:
- Sell to across government agencies (military operators, defense primes, OEMs)
- Drive business development activity and constantly improve pipeline activity across military aviation, sustainment, MRO, repair, and aftermarket entities
- Develop and execute defense growth strategies across all platforms (Tinker AFB, NAVAIR, Redstone Arsenal, Hill AFB, etc.)
- Increase sales to existing clients
- Manage FMS (Foreign Military Sales) representatives and contractors
- Respond to requests for quotations
- Support AOG and mission-critical requirements
- Partner with all departments to satisfy customer demand (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of aerospace, defense, aviation aftermarket, or military sales experience
- Strong understanding of aerospace aftermarket operations
- Experience working with military procurement organizations and defense primes
- Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145, FAR/DFARS requirements
- Existing relationships within DoD, military aviation, or government sustainment organizations and International defense and Foreign Military Sales preferred
