Business Systems Analyst – Loan IQ (Contract)

About the role
As a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex enterprise systems, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, scale, and optimize solutions within Technology Business Systems. You will drive high-impact initiatives, solve complex challenges, and deliver innovative, long-term solutions that support strategic business goals.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement scalable business system solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Loan IQ, with a strong focus on loan syndication functionality.
- Evaluate complex business processes and translate requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on system enhancements and process improvements.
- Lead problem-solving efforts for highly complex issues, applying advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring alignment with long-term business and technology strategies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, or Systems Design.
- Hands-on experience with Loan IQ, including strong knowledge of loan syndication.
- Experience working as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and lead large-scale initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling ambiguous or complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced consulting or financial services environments.
