Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology projects, including detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
- Drive successful delivery by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proactively adjusting plans as needed
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide regular, transparent status updates and executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and track program budgets to ensure financial accuracy, governance, and alignment with business priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project or technical program management, leading large-scale technology initiatives
- Proven ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to delivery, in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful messaging
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
- Experience adapting to changing business needs while maintaining delivery commitments
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience communicating with executive leadership, including storytelling and presentation development
- Background working with software or engineering teams/products
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in modern platforms, tools, and technologies
