We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud and expanding capabilities across Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, and future Marketing Cloud initiatives.
This role combines hands-on administration, light development, and business-facing support, making it ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day platform operations while also delivering scalable enhancements and driving user adoption.
You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Supply Chain teams to improve business processes, build new functionality, and ensure the Salesforce platform evolves with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Support
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user setup, roles, profiles, and security
- Provide ongoing end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain system performance and platform health for a growing user base
- Independently manage support tickets, enhancement requests, and small projects
Configuration & Development
- Configure and customize Salesforce including:
- Custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and flows
- Support light development efforts using Apex, Lightning components, or declarative tools
- Perform QA testing and deployment validation for new features and enhancements
Sales Cloud & Platform Enhancements
- Support Sales Cloud initiatives, including:
- Lead management and pipeline functionality
- Sales forecasting (Manufacturing Cloud rollout)
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new features and products
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Salesforce and CRM Analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business insights and metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with business stakeholders across:
- Sales
- Account Management
- Supply Chain
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives
Integrations & System Expansion
- Support and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs
- Prepare platform for expansion into Marketing Cloud and additional Salesforce products
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, or similar)
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce data model, architecture, and security model
- Experience with:
- Custom configuration (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules)
- Multi-system integrations and APIs
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Sales Cloud (required focus area)
- Service Cloud (case management, workflows, dashboards)
- CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud (or interest in supporting implementation)
- Experience supporting growing or evolving Salesforce environments
- Strong ability to balance technical execution with business-facing communication
