Title: Epic Beaker Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and Anatomic Pathology (AP) modules
• Monitor and troubleshoot outgoing laboratory interface errors, ensuring timely resolution
• Monitor and resolve incoming results interface issues, coordinating closely with laboratory operations as needed
• Manage and respond to emails sent to the team distribution mailbox
• Resolve assigned help desk tickets related to Beaker functionality and integrations
• Build, test, and validate new laboratory test requests after initial intake and approval by upstream teams
• Perform system build and testing activities in a test (TST) environment, including coordination with reference laboratories
• Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement requests for the Beaker system
• Collaborate as needed with cross-functional Epic teams such as Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle
• Participate in smaller initiatives focused on system stability, performance improvements, and workflow optimization

Must Have / Required:

• Healthcare IT background with direct Epic application support experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on Epic Beaker build experience, specifically in:
• Clinical Pathology (CP) and/or
• Anatomic Pathology (AP)
• Strong experience supporting interfaces, work queues, and production issues
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data flow issues independently
• Experience working with help desk ticketing systems and operational support models
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and lab operations
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment during standard business hour
