Project Manager (Contract) – Talent Acquisition Transformation
We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: Contract (40 hours/week, no overtime)
Work Authorization: Contingent Resource
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical transformation initiative within Talent Acquisition. This role will focus on transitioning Talent Acquisition–owned processes to Technology Business Services (TBS), ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and global scalability.
You will play a key role in driving structured program delivery, collaborating across recruiting and technology teams, and ensuring successful rollout across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end transition of Talent Acquisition processes to Technology Business Services (TBS)
- Drive execution of a phased global rollout, including:
- Phase 1: India and Philippines
- Subsequent phases: EMEA, APAC, and Canada (target completion by year-end)
- Partner with Technology, Recruiting, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and process adoption
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex project challenges, applying strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Communicate progress, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management (or equivalent practical experience through consulting, military, or education)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage moderately complex initiatives and deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday implementation and development
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage global or multi-region project rollouts
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
