Program Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will drive strategy and execution across multiple interdependent workstreams, partnering with engineering, architecture, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver large-scale, long-term solutions.

You will operate as a strategic leader—owning delivery, influencing direction, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, financial outcomes, and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure and transformation programs, including cloud migration, data center initiatives, and application modernization.
• Define program strategy, execution plans, and roadmaps across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, finance, and executive leadership to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage program scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, and critical path across large-scale initiatives.
• Establish and maintain communication plans, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Identify risks and issues, perform impact analysis, and implement mitigation and recovery (“go-to-green”) plans.
• Influence without authority in a matrixed organization to accelerate delivery and drive outcomes.
• Continuously improve processes, remove friction, and enhance execution velocity across teams.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and PMO standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program or project management in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in large, complex organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs (e.g., cloud migration, infrastructure modernization).
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains such as cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and application architecture.
• Experience with IT financial management concepts, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and investment trade-offs.
• Ability to evaluate lifecycle costs, procurement vs. delivery outcomes, and long-term technology investments.
• Experience working with tools such as Apptio (or similar TBM platforms).
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Technical Expertise (Preferred)

Experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Cloud platforms and infrastructure
• DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code
• Containerization (Kubernetes)
• Networking and security (including DMZ)
• Data platforms (Databases, ETL, Data Lakes)
• Messaging and API platforms
• Mainframe or hybrid environments
• AI/ML or advanced compute (GPU/ARM/x86)
