Job Description:
- The QA Analyst is responsible for validating that all deliverables within the Print Migration Program meet defined quality standards and are ready for production deployment. This role ensures that migrated print trails, e-delivery configurations, and document composition outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with both business and technical requirements.
- Working across multiple workstreams, the QA Analyst partners closely with QA Leads, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and fully validated. The QA Analyst is accountable for identifying defects, surfacing risks early, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles
- Validate that migrated print trails, document templates, and e-delivery configurations meet defined business and technical requirements
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution using enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Partner with Business Analysts and TPMs to ensure test coverage aligns to user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery scope
- Assist in preparing test data, test environments, and documentation to support execution across test cycles
- Participate in test planning, stand-ups, and defect triage sessions, providing clear insights on quality risks and readiness
- Ensure test coverage completeness and proactively flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks that may impact delivery
- Support and contribute to QA automation efforts, where applicable
- Validate outputs against regulatory and audit requirements, particularly within healthcare communications
- Provide clear reporting on test execution, defect trends, and release readiness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles within enterprise environments
- Experience with QA tools and test management platforms (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Familiarity with document composition systems (e.g., Quadient, SmartComm), e-delivery platforms (e.g., Acoustic, Salesforce UCS), and print workflows is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and execute structured testing processes
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate defects, risks, and quality concerns
