Our client is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager


This job will have the following responsibilities:

Overview

    1. The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is accountable for translating the strategic objectives of the Print Migration Program into executable delivery. This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations—ensuring that migration milestones, platform capabilities, and cross-functional deliverables are planned, prioritized, and delivered with precision.
    2. The TPM works across multiple teams and workstreams to drive execution, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment between program goals and delivery outcomes. Success in this role requires strong ownership of delivery, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to balance competing priorities across stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

    1. Translate program strategy into clear roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution milestones
    2. Own prioritization and sequencing of work across multiple teams, dependencies, and competing priorities
    3. Drive end-to-end delivery across print migration, e-delivery modernization, and composition platform transformation
    4. Partner with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure high-quality and predictable outcomes
    5. Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery timelines, scope decisions, and trade-offs
    6. Define and maintain user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to enable execution
    7. Identify and actively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional blockers
    8. Maintain and own IRAAD (Issues, Risks, Actions, Assumptions, Decisions) and drive rapid resolution
    9. Provide clear and concise reporting on delivery status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
    10. Serve as the first escalation point for delivery challenges and alignment issues
    11. Support change management, communication, and transition readiness for program releases
    12. Ensure adherence to program standards, governance, and delivery frameworks

Qualifications

    1. 5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or delivery leadership
    2. Experience operating in complex, cross-functional enterprise programs
    3. Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and dependency coordination
    4. Proven ability to manage stakeholders, trade-offs, and competing priorities under pressure
    5. Experience working across business, engineering, and vendor teams
    6. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Aha, Rally, and Teams
    7. Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable plans
