AI/ML Engineer
We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy advanced clinical AI systems. You’ll work across the full AI lifecycle—ideation, development, validation, and production—partnering with clinicians, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver safe, effective, and scalable healthcare AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and implement agentic AI systems (LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP, agent architectures).
Build and maintain Python services, automation workflows, data pipelines, and RAG systems.
Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails for LLM/agent systems.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
Create CI/CD pipelines and support high‑quality, compliant software development.
Work with large, complex healthcare datasets and ensure PHI‑safe AI practices.
Required Experience
Hands‑on AI/ML engineering in production, ideally in healthcare.
Strong Python skills (APIs, async, testing).
Experience with LLM agents and at least one agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK).
Knowledge of MCP, evaluation/guardrails, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG.
Data engineering skills (SQL/NoSQL, pipelines, governance).
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD.
Understanding of HIPAA/PHI handling in AI workflows.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Education & Experience
Master’s + 1 year experience, Bachelor’s + 3 years, or 7+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Skills
Advanced agent/LLM tooling, Google Cloud or Azure, BigQuery/Firestore/Cloud SQL.
Dataflow, Power Automate, UiPath, Terraform, Azure DevOps.
MLOps/LLMOps, streaming/event‑driven architectures, large‑scale data systems.
Ability to rapidly experiment, document, and operate independently in fast‑moving environments.
