In this role, you will design and implement GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines that enable development teams to deliver high-quality software quickly, safely, and consistently. You will play a critical role in standardizing GitHub Actions workflows, improving release reliability, and optimizing the developer experience across our platforms.
You will partner closely with engineering, QA, and platform teams to drive adoption of modern CI/CD practices, reduce operational friction, and ensure secure, scalable deployment processes.
What you’ll do:
· Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

· Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability
· Implement workflow orchestration, including parallelization and dependency management
· Standardize CI/CD practices across multiple repositories and teams
· Establish and enforce best practices for GitHub workflows and branching strategies
· Introduce and manage quality gates (testing, scanning, validation)
· Improve pipeline stability through timeouts, retries, and caching strategies
· Enable self-service CI/CD capabilities for engineering teams
· Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes
· Integrate CI/CD pipelines with deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel or container environments)
· Monitor CI/CD pipeline health and performance
· Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues
· Implement logging, alerting, and observability for pipelines and environments
· Continuously improve delivery performance and reduce deployment failures
· Partner with engineering teams to improve delivery workflows
· Provide guidance on GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
