Role Overview :
Primary responsibility is to deliver administrative assistance in day‑to‑day operations. Tasks include clerical activities such as mail handling, word processing, filing, order processing, answering telephones, and managing office supplies. Work is performed within well‑established guidelines and procedures.
Position Requirements
Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
Clearly defined procedures and tasks with established guidelines for decision making.
Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.
Technical procedures are well defined, involving a variety of work routines.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience required.
Must‑Haves
Administrative experience (6+ years).
Strong organizational skills.
Resourcefulness in handling tasks.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Ability to communicate with large groups of people.
Ability to review printed materials.
Strong telephonic communication skills.
Proficiency with common office equipment (PC, fax machine, calculator, etc.).
6+ years of experience in each of the above areas preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
