Description:

This role blends hands-on Business Analysis and Quality Assurance execution with core consulting capabilities to support a large-scale Print Migration Program. The consultant will define and validate requirements, ensure quality delivery across migration workstreams, and operate as a cross-functional partner driving clarity, risk mitigation, and outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Definition Elicit, validate, and document business and technical requirements across print trail migration, e-delivery modernization, and composition platform transitions. Conduct current-state and future-state analysis of workflows, data flows, and system integrations. Develop structured artifacts including process maps, traceability matrices, data dictionaries, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and drive appropriate escalation and resolution.

2. Quality Assurance & Validation Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate migrated print trails, templates, and digital delivery outputs for accuracy and compliance. Log, track, and retest defects using enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). Ensure test coverage aligns with user stories, acceptance criteria, and regulatory expectations.

3. Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and defect triage meetings. Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, QA Leads, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution. Support backlog refinement and ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and actionable. Consulting Expectations (Differentiators) Operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments and drive structure without direct authority. Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and deliverables. Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams with strong communication and facilitation skills. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement and drive resolution. Contribute to knowledge transfer, onboarding materials, and reusable assets to improve program delivery.

Required skills:

· 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or 3+ years in Quality Assurance within enterprise programs.

· Experience working across the SDLC, including requirements definition, testing, and delivery validation. Proven experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
