Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Security Operations Engineer to provide ongoing, hands‑on operational support across enterprise infrastructure and security platforms. This role is critical to maintaining a secure, compliant, and highly available production environment and cannot be fulfilled through temporary or project‑based resourcing.
In addition to steady‑state operations, the position plays a key role in data centre lifecycle initiatives, including legacy infrastructure decommissioning and workload migration activities. The role requires strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to execute on‑site infrastructure tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform enterprise vulnerability remediation and patching across server and endpoint environments.
- Administer and secure Active Directory, including Tier 0 and Tier 1 security hardening activities.
- Support and monitor endpoint security platforms, responding to alerts and remediation requirements.
- Administer, support, and troubleshoot Citrix/VDI environments to ensure availability and performance.
- Support virtualised infrastructure platforms, including VMware environments.
- Administer and support enterprise storage systems, including capacity, performance, and availability tasks.
- Execute change management activities, including implementation, documentation, and audit evidence collection.
- Provide on‑site data centre support for hardware validation, infrastructure troubleshooting, and break‑fix activities.
- Support data centre decommissioning initiatives, including asset validation, removal, and documentation.
- Assist with workload migration efforts, including pre‑ and post‑migration validation and testing.
- Provide on‑site support for issues requiring physical access to systems or infrastructure.

- 1 Infrastructure & Operations Manager
- 2 Infrastructure Engineers supporting systems, Citrix, storage, and security operations
- This role provides dedicated security remediation and on‑site infrastructure execution support
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering roles
- 3–5+ years of experience in vulnerability remediation or security operations
- 3–5+ years of Active Directory administration experience
- 3+ years of experience with endpoint security platforms
- 3+ years of experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware)
- 2–3+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage platforms
- 2+ years of experience with Citrix or VDI environments
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or similar automation tools
- Proven ability to perform hands‑on data centre and on‑site infrastructure support
- Experience working in structured change management and operational environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting data centre decommissioning and migration initiatives
- Expertise with NetApp ONTAP storage platforms
- Exposure to privileged access management (PAM) solutions
- Experience using security analysis tools (e.g. Active Directory security analysis tools)
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or similar
- Experience with enterprise backup platforms
- Strong documentation skills, including audit and compliance evidence preparation
