Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth on our internal e-commerce platform and external partner platforms by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce space.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing, addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
• Stay updated on e-commerce platform policies, tools, and best practices to maximize sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or 3+ Years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
