Job Title: End User Support Analyst (Sales Support)

Location: Remote

Overview

We are seeking an End User Support Analyst (Sales Support & Data Governance) to lead CRM governance and support sales operations. This role will serve as a key bridge between Sales and IT, ensuring high-quality data, compliance, and scalable processes. The position also plays a critical role in a large-scale CRM migration from Salesforce (SFDC) to Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage CRM data governance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of sales accounts
  • Drive CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, including data mapping, validation, and workflow transition
  • Act as a primary liaison between Sales, IT, Legal, and external vendors
  • Review, research, and approve new account setups and NASP requests
  • Perform data validation, duplicate cleanup, and Customer Legal Entity (CLE) reviews
  • Identify and resolve account conflicts, hierarchy issues, and territory overlaps
  • Conduct research using third-party data sources (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo) to validate account data
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner with IT to validate system enhancements
  • Drive stakeholder communication, adoption, and process improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, sales operations, CRM administration, or MDM
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Dynamics, including migration projects
  • Strong understanding of corporate structures, legal entities, and account hierarchies
  • Experience with data validation, cleansing, and governance processes
  • Ability to perform UAT testing and translate business requirements into technical needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, and data migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for contract/data validation and reporting (e.g., document comparison, automation tools)
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and/or SQL for data analysis
  • CRM certifications (Salesforce Administrator or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience working in Agile or project-driven environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
