Job Title: Product Manager (Senior Level / Product Manager IV)

Location: Remote (with optional onsite flexibility)
Duration: Long-term contract (with potential to convert to full-time)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of legal technology and software solutions. This role focuses on improving internal processes, especially in areas like legal operations, contract management, and AI-driven tools.

You will work closely with business teams, legal teams, and IT to build and deliver products that solve real problems and create value.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, design, development, and launch
• Define product roadmap and priorities
• Write clear requirements and user stories
• Track performance using data and product analytics
• Measure success using KPIs and OKRs

Business & User Understanding

• Understand user needs by working directly with business and legal teams
• Conduct interviews, research, and analysis to identify problems
• Turn business challenges into clear product solutions
• Support change management and user adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, IT, and product teams
• Align business needs with technical solutions
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies
• Ensure products meet security, compliance, and IT standards

Vendor & Solution Management

• Evaluate software vendors and tools
• Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) processes
• Manage implementation of external tools and platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of experience in product management (Agile environment)
• Experience working on digital or software products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage priorities
• Experience writing product requirements and user stories

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
• Legal technology tools
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
• Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) systems
• AI or automation tools
• Experience in:
• Legal operations
• Healthcare technology
• Building products from scratch (0 → 1)
