The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of complex IT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and cross-functional technology teams.The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on project manager who can effectively collaborate with technical teams, manage stakeholders, and successfully drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Projects will be split between 70% Applications and 30% Infrastructure. Application projects will be related to Salesforce, Netsuite and Coupa as well as other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across application and infrastructure domains
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate work across multiple IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Track and communicate project status, including risks, issues, and blockers
• Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, and follow-up actions
• Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives and delivery expectations
• Apply and support consistent use of PMO standards and core artifacts, including project charters, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Partner with leadership to provide visibility into project health and delivery risks
• Identify resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and potential delivery impacts early
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, governance, and reporting
• Collaborate with external vendors and consulting partners as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience delivering both application and infrastructure projects
• Experience working in matrixed environments across multiple IT teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure and organization to complex initiatives
• Ability to adapt in evolving environments with shifting priorities
• Ability to balance detailed execution with broader business context
• PMP certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Agile delivery experience, including Scrum (CSM preferred)
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with PMO governance and portfolio reporting practices
