Job Responsibilities:

• Lead value stream mapping and process optimization initiatives
• Implement metrics, quality controls, and root cause analysis
• Drive Six Sigma improvement projects end to end
• Train teams on standardized and optimized processes

Must Have / Required:

• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
• Strong experience in process mapping and metrics implementation
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive change
