About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development, management, and execution of client-facing marketing content and assets that support local events, workshops, and engagement initiatives. This role acts as the central owner of messaging strategy, templates, and content operations—ensuring scalability, compliance, and ease of use for field teams.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into high-impact content, tools, and processes that enable efficient local execution.


Responsibilities

Client Messaging and Content Strategy

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for client messaging, including template creation, customization, and governance.
  • Develop and maintain scalable marketing templates and assets used for client communications.
  • Build modular, reusable content to enable efficient field-level customization.
  • Establish and manage content governance standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and brand alignment.

Asset Management and Template Governance

  • Own the lifecycle of marketing assets, including creation, updates, approvals, deployment, and retirement.
  • Maintain centralized repositories of templates and assets across platforms.
  • Partner with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Template Migration and Platform Enablement

  • Support migration of marketing templates to new platforms (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Define requirements, conduct quality assurance, and troubleshoot issues during implementation.

Analytics and Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to marketing content and client communications.
  • Generate insights to optimize content effectiveness and inform stakeholders.
  • Present performance reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Branch Events and Workshops

  • Own end-to-end content development for local events and workshops, including presentations, speaker notes, and client communications.
  • Create new content and update existing materials based on business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and launch new event programs.

Virtual Events Management

  • Act as SME for virtual events, including both automated and ad-hoc client communications.
  • Develop and maintain communication templates such as invitations, reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with work management tools (e.g., Workfront).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
