Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or consulting roles.
- Demonstrated ability to align change strategies with business objectives and priorities.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving engagement across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a consultative and collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience.
- Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).
- Experience leading large-scale transformation efforts across diverse project types.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and centers of expertise.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
