This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Clinical Support
• Assist physicians and nursing personnel with clinical procedures, including injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by taking vital signs and documenting medical history
• Support patient care activities in accordance with established clinical protocols and safety standards
• Documentation & Coordination
• Accurately record and process patient information, treatment plans, and medical documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinate patient care in alignment with physician instructions, organizational policies, and clinical guidelines
• Quality & Compliance
• Maintain established quality control standards across all clinical and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including proper handling of patient information and documentation
• Facility & Equipment Management
• Organize, stock, and clean exam and treatment rooms to maintain a safe and efficient environment
• Sterilize medical instruments and ensure all equipment is functioning and ready for use
• Certification & Professional Standards
• Maintain active Medical Assistant and CPR/BLS certifications at all times
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety, dress code, and professional conduct

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
