Job Title: Regional Director – Market Access & Payer Strategy
Job Location: Eastern US - REMOTE

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional to expand payer coverage and reimbursement across the Eastern U.S. This role focuses on building relationships with insurance companies, securing contracts, and driving market access for healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with insurance payers (e.g., health plans)
- Drive coverage, reimbursement, and contracting discussions
- Present clinical and financial value to support adoption
- Identify and remove barriers such as policy or authorization issues
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and leadership teams to support growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical device sales, payer relations, or healthcare business development
- Experience working directly with payers (coverage, reimbursement, contracting)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in reimbursement-driven markets
- Self-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments
