About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to serve as the primary technical lead for a large-scale enterprise initiative. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end solution architecture, including application design, cloud deployment strategies, and complex integration patterns. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in the .NET ecosystem and AWS, coupled with strong domain knowledge in large-scale financial calculations, rights management, and royalty distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Technical Leadership: Act as the primary onsite technical lead and point of contact for all client architecture and design discussions.

· End-to-End Architecture: Lead solution architecture efforts, encompassing application design, microservices integration patterns, and cloud deployment strategies.

· Technical Design: Translate complex business and functional requirements into comprehensive high-level and low-level technical designs.

· Governance & Standards: Define and enforce architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices across all engineering teams.

· Team Mentorship: Guide offshore and nearshore development teams through design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.

· Quality Assurance: Review code, design artifacts, and solution implementations to ensure maximum quality, security, and scalability.

· Integration Strategy: Drive API and integration architecture utilizing REST, Web APIs, and distributed microservices patterns.

· Deployment & Operations: Collaborate extensively with QA, DevOps, and Release teams to support CI/CD pipelines, UAT, and seamless production rollouts.

· Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

· Client Engagement: Participate in client workshops, technical governance forums, and architecture reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience: 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 13+ years of focused architecture and engineering experience.

· Core Development: Strong, hands-on expertise programming with C# and the .NET Core Framework.

· Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience hosting and managing web applications on AWS Cloud.

· Architecture: Deep experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and designing RESTful APIs.

· Domain Expertise: Strong functional experience in media, entertainment, or enterprise financial sectors, specifically handling complex royalty calculations and revenue participation systems.

· Engineering Principles: Solid understanding of advanced design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern enterprise architecture practices.

Preferred Qualifications

· Frontend Exposure: Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Angular.

· Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

· DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automated release management.

· Infrastructure Resiliency: Proven ability to design and implement robust Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
