Our Product Managers imagine the ideal experience for our community and work backwards, creating innovative products that delight our users and partners. They deeply understand the needs of our users and translate these into a strategy that combines strong product thinking and deep research. They partner with talented cross-functional team members across engineering, design, operations, data science, and more, leading teams to execute a shared vision. They are incredibly detail-oriented and hands-on.

You will be part of the team responsible for product roadmaps and launches. You will drive specific features that are part of every launch and determine how they are communicated to the external world. You are responsible for the success of our products throughout their life cycle—from concept to release. Your cross-functional work ensures a consistent product voice across all the products being developed.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Partnerships team. You'll be at the forefront of identifying how we transform our partner products to be delightful and contribute to the business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of travel and leave a lasting impact on how the world explores and connects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for partnerships.
• Synthesize feedback and translate it into product features while developing public-facing messaging and narrative.
• Align product teams and cross-functional partners, role-modeling behaviors that encourage open communication and curiosity.
• Make judgments and prioritization decisions that are in the best interests of our users, and efficiently execute to ship products that deliver impact.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for partner integrations and co-marketing launches (brands, events, platforms), aligning product, business development, communications, legal, and operations.
• Build enablement toolkits (pitch decks, one-pagers, integration guides, FAQs, case studies) for business development/partner managers and external partners.
• Own success metrics for partner programs (API adoption, activation, conversion/revenue impact, retention, partner NPS) and run experiments to improve performance.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing.
• Demonstrated success in product leadership within a cross-functional environment, and a proven ability to build and scale loved, global consumer products and ecosystems.
• Experience working on consumer products that drive significant revenue.
• Experience effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy and decisions.
• Experience delivering partner experiences on third-party platforms.
• Expertise in building APIs that power different types of experiences.
• Ability and desire to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
