Required skills:

· Lead business and operational activities tied to application implementation and development

· Strong Agile experience: user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management

· Healthcare operations expertise (payment integrity, claims, provider operations) highly preferred

· Skilled in prioritizing multiple initiatives and presenting to large groups

Preferred:

· Product management or Agile Scrum experience, Lean/Six Sigma training, excellent communication skills
