Our client is currently seeking a Eastern Territory Sales Manager. This is a fast-growing Building Materials Manufacturing & Distributor. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing & growing sales of a building products business unit throughout the Eastern US (east of the Mississippi River). The position requires strong territory management, business development, distributor management, and technical sales capabilities. A company car / gas card is provided. Travel is roughly 60%. This person will typically work from home Monday, travel Tues - Thurs and work home on Friday. Interested candidates need to live near a major metro airport and have a Bachelors Degree.
To be considered, you much have previous experience managing sales through Distributor Networks, OEM Accounts and project-based sales channels in Plastic, Thermoplastic, Acrylic or Polycarbonate Building Materials. Candidates with general Building Materials Sales experience will be considered.

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field Required
- Must Reside near Major Airport in Eastern US
- Experience managing Distributor Networks, OEM Accounts and project-based sales channels.
- 5+ years of Sales Experience in Plastic, Thermoplastic, Acryillic or Polycarbonate Building Materials is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical product information and specifications
Experience handling customer negotiations, quotations, and project follow-up
Proven ability to develop new business opportunities & grow existing accounts
Experience with CRM systems & sales reporting tools preferred
Ability to prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis
