Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst

Overview

This role has been recalibrated based on updated business needs and market feedback. The initial requisition attracted candidates who were too mid-level and functionally focused, which does not align with the current requirement.

We are now targeting a more senior, technical-functional Oracle resource with strong experience in Payroll implementation and post-go-live support.

What Has Changed

· Experience level increased from 3–5 years → 7+ years

· Role is no longer a traditional BA

Strong emphasis on:

· Oracle Payroll expertise

· Hands-on system experience (configuration + troubleshooting)

· Implementation and hypercare support

Target Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

· Proven experience with Oracle HCM implementations

Strong expertise in:

· Oracle Payroll (required)

· Core HR

· OTBI reporting

· HDL / HSDL data loads

Experience supporting:

· Post-go-live environments (hypercare)

· System enhancements and issue resolution

Candidates should be able to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up
