About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process and partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Business Partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting evolving business needs.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and influence hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research
  • Leverage sourcing tools and techniques (including Boolean search, social platforms, and professional networks) to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including handling last-minute changes
  • Develop compelling offers in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Strong experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms
  • Experience recruiting across multiple regions or locations
  • Background using advanced sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms
  • Professional certifications in staffing or talent acquisition
