We’re hiring a Commercial Director to own and scale the U.S. business for a global, technology‑led travel platform. This role leads a large sales and operations organization and is accountable for revenue growth, partnerships, and commercial execution in a fast‑moving B2B market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the U.S. commercial strategy and deliver sustained revenue growth
- Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing sales and operations team
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with travel agencies, TMCs, and suppliers
- Identify new market opportunities through data, customer insight, and competitive analysis
- Manage commercial performance, budgets, ROI, and forecasting using BI tools
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and service teams to drive conversion
- Report results, risks, and growth plans directly to executive leadership
What You Bring
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in travel, distribution, or B2B services
- Proven success leading large, multi‑market or multi‑country teams
- Strong existing relationships across the travel ecosystem
- Track record of scaling revenue in high‑growth environments
- Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
