JOB TITLE: Digital Strategy Consultant

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): · bachelor's degree and six or more years of relevant work experience.
· Understanding of direct marketing and e-commerce best practices across key digital tactics (email, SMS, e-commerce)
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign success measures.
· Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple-to-understand ways.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across projects to meet deadlines

JOB DUTIES: As part of the Marketing Sciences & Lifecycle Management group, this individual will be responsible for driving digital growth tactics for business customers ranging from small businesses to enterprises.
This individual will take the lead on building, simplifying and optimizing digital customer journeys to increase digital channel mix.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of the business wireless product portfolio in order to build relevant CRM strategies across the B2B lifecycle.
The candidate will identify unique targeting and content opportunities through business segmentation, decision maker characteristics, and industry-specific needs.
Responsibilities Lead digital journey strategy & execution to grow wireless gross adds and targeted smartphone device upgrades in digital through My Business portal, app, and chat Use out-of-the-box thinking and customer-centricity to improve program performance through the evolution of our digital customer journey.
Use journey analytics to identify gaps or pain points in the communication, offer strategy and current journey mapping and drive greater digital value and a superior customer experience. Collaborate with the email campaign manager(s) to understand email campaign strategy and take lead on identifying and implement digital tactics to drive the customer online Establish and track KPIs and measure customer journey fallout to identify opportunities for optimization Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve speed to market Build in a combination of insights into the customer journey including but not limited to propensity models, customer profiling data, information collected from events, customer behavior on the website / MyBiz / App as well as omnichannel abandoned cart data, surveys and other customer engagement data.
Collaborate with the data sciences team to recommend model opportunities for behavior propensity and revenue growth.
Analyze customer behavior, segment trends, and historical data to develop targeting and testing strategies.
Identify opportunities to leverage tech integration and martech to deliver next gen experiences
