About the job:
Our digital product team is critical to enabling our specialized healthcare platform, and our product team is growing. We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to drive product outcomes that solve critical business problems. Your primary activities will include executing the strategy and tracking outcomes for a critical clinical capability.
We are looking for someone who is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about seeing problems through solutions. In this role, you will inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind every solution.
Responsibilities:
· Drive Execution & Delivery: Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. Collaborate with business partners, users, designers, and engineers to ensure solutions achieve business objectives.
· Lead Agile Workflows: Perform story mapping exercises with your team to break down work for development. Prepare for and participate in roadmap planning and sprint activities, and identify cross-team dependencies.
· Guide Product Strategy & Discovery: Partner with product leadership to refine the vision and strategy for your product area. Execute discovery activities with engineering and UX/research to uncover user needs and pain points.
· Conduct User Research: Perform end-user shadowing and interviews. Collaborate with clinic, operations, provider, and business stakeholders to deeply understand the organization's identified business problems and advance the product effectively.
· Ensure Compliance & Usability: Partner closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to meet all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the UX team to create experiences validated through rapid feedback and usability testing.
· Make Data-Driven Decisions: Identify and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for outcome-based advancements. Evaluate and prioritize features aligned with these OKRs.
· Leverage Analytics: Use data to formulate quantifiable problem statements and solution hypotheses. Monitor product performance and continuously improve the product toward OKR achievement.
· Manage Go-to-Market: Guide the creation of user-facing communication and education related to new features and capabilities.
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
· 4+ years of product management experience, focused on digital products.
· Experience building health-tech products and taking 0-to-1 products from inception to launch.
· Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features, and working towards the delivery of web or mobile applications.
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver on tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
· Deep industry experience in healthcare, specifically knowledge of specialty clinical practices, using electronic health record (EHR) systems, or providing care for chronic care patients.
· Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to build expertise in unfamiliar domains.
· Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals.
· Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly.
