About the Role

We are seeking experienced Enterprise Resilience Consultants to support high-impact initiatives focused on strengthening Business Continuity (BC) capabilities and remediating Single Points of Failure (SPOF) across critical operations.

This role is ideal for practitioners who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by execution—not just program oversight. You will act as a hands-on contributor, partnering across business and technology teams to deliver measurable resilience outcomes.

Must have financial services/insurance industry experience.

What You’ll Do

Single Point of Failure (SPOF) Remediation

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to validate critical dependencies
• Analyze risk exposure and business impact associated with SPOFs
• Evaluate feasibility and effectiveness of recovery strategies
• Support prioritization and execution of remediation actions
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership

Business Continuity Program Enhancements

• Review and challenge existing BC plans for completeness and effectiveness
• Identify gaps relative to real-world risk scenarios
• Support implementation of testing standards and scenario-based exercises
• Collaborate with business units to improve plan quality and consistency
• Track and communicate remediation progress and recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

• 9–10+ years of experience in:
  • Business Continuity
  • Enterprise Resilience
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Operational Risk
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
  • BCP/DR plan development and enhancement
  • Dependency mapping and risk analysis
• Familiarity with industry frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, DORA, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to quickly integrate into existing teams and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, utilities, technology)
• Relevant certifications (CBCP, CBCI, MBCP, ISO 22301)
