The Judge Group is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Telehealth Urgent Care program to provide telephonic/telehealth care for one of the nation's top healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• provide virtual urgent care services via telehealth and telephone
• support patients, caregivers, and facility staff in a 24/7 care delivery model

Qualifications & Requirements:

• active Board Certified NP license in Connecticut
• FNP, ANP, GNP, AGACNP
• DEA license or ability to obtain
