Our client is currently seeking a CCA / TCS Integration Consultant
This role is focused on supporting and enhancing Clinical Care Advance (CCA) and TriZetto Clinical Suite (TCS) platforms. We're looking for someone with deep hands-on experience in upgrades, patching, production support, and system integrations.
Key Highlights:
- Work on platform stability, upgrades, and enhancements
- Drive production support, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Lead CCA & TCS upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and automation in healthcare workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations
Must-Have Experience:
- 10+ years in healthcare IT
- Strong expertise in CCA & TCS platforms
- Hands-on experience with upgrades, hotfixes, and production support
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, .NET/C#, APIs, batch processing
- Understanding of healthcare workflows (UM, CM, Claims, Clinical)
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to AI/automation initiatives
- Experience with Azure/AWS
- Background in regulated healthcare environments
