Purpose:

We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive our Security Services vision—someone who can translate organizational needs into a forward‑thinking product strategy. This high‑visibility role directly influences our security posture and accelerates innovation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the security product strategy and roadmap
• Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and cross‑functional delivery
• Monitor market trends and emerging threats to identify innovation opportunities
• Champion security requirements and drive stakeholder adoption
• Manage product performance, budget, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

• Experience managing security program budgets of $1M+
• Proven success implementing business analytics platforms and custom dashboards
• Track record of leading department‑wide initiatives with measurable improvements
• Certified ScrumMaster with experience guiding agile security product teams
• Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audience
• Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Project, Oracle Financials
• Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel modeling
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• SQL, Python, security ROI modeling, risk quantification
• Generative AI security applications
• Security automation
