Job Title: Project Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure contract compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency and insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets across all phases.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide clear status updates and reporting.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams (Legal, Planning, Real Estate, Vendors) and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics (KPIs/SPI).
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and communication across all project activities.

Required Skills

• Contract Compliance (2–4 years): Ability to evaluate contracts against templates, identify deviations, and assess business impact (including use of AI tools).
• Contract Negotiation (3–5 years): Experience coordinating with legal, vendors, and leadership to finalize contract amendments.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management (3–5 years): Strong ability to lead meetings, manage trackers, and communicate effectively via email, Slack, and calls.
• Data Analysis (3–5 years): Ability to analyze project data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
• Prior experience in telecom/network environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6+ years of relevant project management experience
