This job will have the following responsibilities:
This team handles incoming documents (medical records, claims, etc.) from third-party vendors. The documents go through an AI routing process to ensure they align with eligibility and appropriate workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits on incoming documents
- Tracking defects and errors
- Ensure documents are routed correctly
- Review and validate documents
- Working in Excel/spreadsheets
Must haves:
- 1-2 years in healthcare- understanding some medical terminology
- Analytical skills- Identify trends, patterns, and root causes

Position Overview
The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in executing post‑monitoring and audit activities that support paperless and digital transformation initiatives across multiple lines of business. This role partners closely with a correspondence and technology function to evaluate, improve, and maintain end‑to‑end business processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following on a day‑to‑day basis:
- Maintain and update post‑monitoring plans and process documentation used by supported business functions
- Create, document, control, and continuously improve end‑to‑end business processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions using process excellence principles and methodologies
- Apply continuous improvement tools to implement basic process enhancements
- Monitor existing processes to recognise trends, inefficiencies, and emerging issues
- Identify, document, and report process issues and defects
- Analyse data to determine root causes of defects or issues and document trends
- Develop solutions to support new or enhanced business capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders by sharing ideas, providing direction, and adapting to changes in strategy or priorities
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy and organisation
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business operations, business process analysis, workflow analysis, process mapping, or a combination thereof
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
- Experience analysing large datasets or spreadsheets to identify defects, trends, and patterns
- Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methods and structured thinking to analyse data and support business decisions
- Intermediate proficiency with PC‑based software and database tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates will stand out if they have:
- Knowledge of quality assurance and audit processes
- Familiarity with AI or Machine Learning tools and concepts
- Experience with defect remediation and issue resolution processes
- Background in medical, dental, or healthcare insurance environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Confidence and appropriate assertiveness when performing responsibilities
- Excellent organisational, time management, and team‑building skills
- Ability to remain professional, composed, and proactive in high‑pressure or high‑volume environments
