Job Title: Specialized Project Manager

Job Location: REMOTE (California location)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

About the Role

This role helps manage technology projects and vendor-related work by tracking budgets, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making.

You will work with teams like IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, and others to make sure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet business goals.

What You Will Do

• Track project budgets, spending, forecasts, and financial performance
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to show project status
• Support project governance, approvals, and review processes
• Work with multiple teams to collect and verify data
• Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare clear presentations and updates for leadership
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with goals

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor funding, spend, and remaining budgets across projects
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership
• Support cross-team coordination and project tracking
• Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations based on data

Basic Qualifications
