Program Planner / Scheduler — Fort Worth, TX

About the Role

This role provides planning and scheduling support across multiple mission requirements in Fort Worth, TX. You will contribute to the development, integration, and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, partnering closely with engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and business management teams.

You will apply Critical Path Methodology, support Earned Value Management (EVM) practices, and advise Program Management on schedule risks, contractual impacts, and critical events. This position requires strong communication skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on experience in program planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components of the Integrated Master Schedule

• Support proposal schedule development, including review of Statements of Work and Basis of Estimates

• Identify and communicate schedule risks, potential contractual impacts, and critical path issues

• Coordinate across IPTs and functional organizations to ensure alignment and schedule integrity

• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis

• Build and refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Prepare and deliver schedule status reports, metrics, and presentations

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and business management teams

• Serve as a self‑starter with demonstrated hands‑on planning and scheduling experience

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Proficient in Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool

• Experience with cost and/or schedule management

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, projects, or programs

• Experience delivering presentations to leadership, customers, or stakeholders
